By participating in this webinar hosted by the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges’ (NCJFCJ) TA2TA project, you automatically agree to authorize recording of audio and visual content presented during the live event and consent to subsequent use of the recording in the public domain by the TA provider presenting the live webinar, unless otherwise stated by the TA provider. The audio and visual recording of the live webinar includes documents and materials exchanged or viewed during the live event; questions asked and poll answers provided by you during the live event; the closed captioning transcript; and the chat box transcript.
Personal information provided by you at registration (first and last name; email address; zip code; organization; occupation; and accessibility requests/needs) makes up the registration roster and personal information provided by you when you log-in to attend the live webinar (first and last name; email address; occupation; state; and number of viewers) makes up the attendee roster. In addition to the audio and visual recording of the live webinar, these rosters are provided to the TA provider presenting the live webinar for reporting purposes and for ensuring accessibility needs are met. However, accessibility requests/needs are not shared with any third-party. For those webinars that offer continuing education credits and/or certifications of completion, your first and last name are required at registration and log-in to verify webinar attendance and completion.
At the conclusion of the live event, the webinar audio and video recording, registration rosters, and attendee rosters will be made available in the TA2TA archive indefinitely, which is stored on a secure, password protected server that only NCJFCJ staff can access. Adobe Connect, the webinar platform used by TA2TA, keeps webinar audio and video recordings for approximately three years on an iCloud based server, which only an Adobe Connect administrator or TA2TA administrator can access. Adobe Connect has access to the name you log-in with, however, Adobe Connect does not have access to any other registration or attendee information and this information is not shared with Adobe Connect by TA2TA or the TA provider hosting the live webinar.
Please note, other participants on the live webinar and future viewers of the webinar recording will see the closed captioning transcript, the chat box transcript, and any documents or materials exchanged or viewed during the webinar. To protect your privacy, TA2TA can remove your first and last name and any personal identifying information from the closed captioning and chat box transcripts upon your request or you may use a pseudonym when you log-in.
